Position Details:

• Hours: 15–25 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday availability

• Compensation: Minimum wage + shared tipping pool, paid bi-weekly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving, bartending, or in-person customer service experience

• Friendly demeanor and a passion for food and the local food scene

• Strong communication skills, especially in conveying dietary restrictions to the kitchen

• Ability to foster great team dynamics and provide exceptional customer service

• Efficient table turnover, especially during busy Saturday and Sunday brunches

• Regular access to email for scheduling and staff communications

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs between the dining room (2nd floor) and storage (1st floor)

• 19+ and willing to complete the RANS Serve Safe Training (company-paid) if required
